Cooking has always been my passion, my therapy. Cooking is an art.  From choosing the perfect spices and prepping the food, to cooking it to perfection, and finally the presentation of my creation, a final piece of art for the taste buds. 

No matter what life has thrown at me, cooking has always been a constant. Whether it is making a gourmet meal out of Ramen noodles, or cooking a seafood feast, each meal brings me back home. 

As a kid, I watched my mother cook for me and my siblings. I asked questions and took mental notes. Eventually, I helped prepare, cook, and present the meals. This time became that of bonding, family, and most of all, love. I love what I do. I take pride in my art.  And I want to share it with the world.

Owning and operating a food truck has always been a dream of mine. Being able to meet, connect and cook for countless people, brings my love of cooking and my desire to encounter different people, and gain exposure to a variety of cultures together.

Beginning with just a hot dog cart and a dream, my family and I have had the honor of being a part of the Highland Park's Farmer's  and Night Owl Markets, Edison High School's Holiday Market, and South Amboy's Irish Fest, just  to name a few.  

Wherever we go, our customers are pleasantly surprised by the quality of our food. We are not your ordinary hot dog. Whether it's beef or vegan, plain or loaded with toppings, we have had nothing but compliments. Our customers have discovered the difference.

Along with my wife, kids, and our "mascot" Bailey (our puppy), we strive to make our customers part of the Eat My Franks family. Stop by for food, drink, and/or conversation! We would love to meet you!
